  * This is only required of applicants to the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, as well as any applicant who feels additional information would be helpful in understanding his or her previous academic record.
• Forward an academic recommendation completed by an instructor or counselor.
  • We鈥檇 like to hear about you from someone who has been involved in your education prior to this.
  • Please note: All applicants to the School of Nursing and Health Sciences are required to submit two letters of recommendation.
• Send us official high school transcripts.
  • This is required for all students that have fewer than 30 college credits earned and for applicants to the School of Nursing and Health Sciences.
